Stephanie shares that she added some “plump” to herself and then shares how she recently caught herself believing the thought “I can’t do XYZ with this weight.” Ashley and Stephanie then share the insights they have seen surrounding weight, and how much they have allowed themselves to miss out on, simply by believing a stubborn thought!
