We offer an optional ‘Train the Trainer’ add-on for those seeking to empower their organization’s staff to deliver the SPARK Mentoring program independently. This additional training provides participants with everything needed to effectively train their own staff as we advance.

Have SPARK Come to YOU! With this option, we send one of our SPARK trainers to your location. Using an asset-based learning approach, we focus on building on the strengths and potential already present in your team.
