This program consists of 13 lessons designed to be taught over a 13-week period. Lessons 1-11 explore how the human mind creates experience. With this understanding as the basis for every lesson, students explore relevant topics such as surviving mood swings, discovering oneself, and building self-esteem and confidence. Each lesson provides plenty of activities for fun engagement or silent reflection, depending upon what is appropriate for the student and/or group.

The lessons are taught in sequence to allow content to build on itself every week. Additional life and social skills modules are available through an additional nine lessons (total of 22 lessons). These lessons focus on cultivating meaningful relationships, leadership, academic success, college and career readiness, and financial stability.

• 72% reported less difficulty in emotional regulation (better impulse control)

• 66% reported increased compassion for others experiencing tough circumstances.
